Traffic Paint and Sign Worker $4,760 - $5,786/Monthly
As a Transportation and Public Works (TPW's) Traffic Paint and Sign Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Painting traffic markings on roads, installing reflective markings and rumble striping, painting highway structures, installing and maintaining road signs, operating and maintaining striping equipment, flagging traffic, and related duties
- Leading work crew members and training them on the safe operation of hand-held and power tools such as stripping machines, air compressors, and specialized sign making equipment
- Maintaining the vehicles and equipment used
- Estimating quantities of materials and supplies
- Using a PC and iPad to complete daily time logs, work orders, and material logs
