About the Position:
The Employee Relations Analyst III performs a wide range of professional-level employee/labor relations responsibilities including playing a vital role in conducting and supporting negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and conducting meet and confer meetings. Additionally, this position is responsible for consulting with and providing recommendations to managers regarding performance management and disciplinary actions, the grievance process, contract interpretation, and County policies and procedures. The position requires the ability to be resourceful to perform in-depth research, gather information from a variety of sources, analyze findings, and provide recommendations for information requests, grievances, mediation, arbitration, and contract negotiations.
